I bought a $12,000. Scagg zero-turn mower with a Kawasaki engine.

Had engine damage within the first year , cost me $2600.00! ( long story ) . Scagg would not even consider to warranty it! They wouldnt even look at the damage.

Just said "no"! Kawasaki said they would not warranty either so i have been trying for a month to contact them via several different phone numbers listed on the engine warranty sheet. Been on hold for many hours over the past month. No luck talking to real person.

Sent several emails too.

No response. Won't buy another machine with a Kawasaki engine!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2600.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
